D Learning Space maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once users sign up and gain access to our online subjects and their features, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Important Notice

Please note that:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Access to online subjects and materials is granted as soon as possible after payment is received
  • Users are encouraged to review subject details carefully before enrolling
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Unused or partially used subscriptions
    • Technical issues on the user’s end
    • Change of mind or accidental purchases
    • Inability to access content due to internet connectivity issues

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, refunds may be considered only if:

  • There is a documented technical fault on D Learning Space’s end that prevents access to learning materials for more than 72 consecutive hours
  • The subject or course is cancelled by D Learning Space before completion
  • There is a verified duplicate payment for the same subscription

Processing Time

In the exceptional cases where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days
  • The amount will be returned to the original payment method
  • Users will be notified via their registered email once the refund is processed
